Raw water and waste water ultrafiltration units

Raw Water Ultrafiltration Process Description

The ultra-filtration technique, essentially a filtering process, is applied by itself or prior to osmosis. In this method which is a low pressure filtering process, the raw water is passed through the filter texture with pores in size of 0.4micrones. While the undesired substances in the water are retained, the water containing almost no solid material and microorganism is transferred to other stages of the process.

Waste materials accumulated on the membrane filter texture are removed from the filter together with treated waste water during the periodical back washing and chemical cleaning process.

Fields of application:

Waters which required precise filtering.

Pre-treatment prior to reverse osmosis.

Open-closed water lines

Industrial solid liquid separation purification processes

Recovery of water free of microorganisms.
Superior characteristics

Increased treatment efficiency.

Water free of microorganisms.

Flexible multi-purpose design
Waste Water Process Description

The ultra-filtration technique, essentially a filtering process, is also applied for treatment of waste water. In this method where the submerge membrane reactors operating at negative pressure by submerging into the biologic reactor or pressure filters are externally installed outside the biologic treatment body, the waste water passes through filter texture which has pores in size of 0.4 microns. While the solid substances in the waste water are retained, waste water containing almost no solid substance and microorganisms is recovered.

Waste materials accumulated on the membrane filter texture are removed from the filter together with treated waste water during the periodical back washing and chemical cleaning process.
Fields of application

Further treatment of domestic and industrial waste water.

Recovery of domestic and industrial waste water after biological treatment.

Recovery of high quality irrigation water and cooling water etc. from the waste water.

Recovery of water at the industries such as laundry, car washing, power stations, etc. where high amount of water is consumed.

Improvement of capacity or efficiency of the existing treatment plants.

Superior characteristics

High treatment efficiency

Much less need of space is required depending on standard biological treatment.

Flexible design appropriate for purpose in case of submerge or pressure
